The organization is a national and international organization with NGO consultative status with the United Nations. It provides education to the public about the dangers of drugs of abuse and promotes effective drug policies.

1999-present Executive Director, Save Our Society From Drugs – St. Petersburg , FL : Responsible to a volunteer board of directors. The organization is a national organization that conducts political activities to combat drug legalization efforts and to protect effective drug policies.

1998-present Director and Founder, International Scientific and Medical Forum on Drug Abuse , St. Petersburg , FL : A brain-trust of the world's leading physicians and scientific scholars dedicated to advancing research of drug use and abuse.

Provided on-going guidance to employers in how to establish effective drug prevention programs and how to access and evaluate various related services available.

1989-1990 Chief Operating Officer, Forward Edge, Inc. , Houston, TX: Responsible to the Chairman of the Board for directing operations, marketing and public relations for a service-oriented business involving consultations on drug abuse policy and program development, drug awareness for client employees, drug intervention training for client supervisors, collection of biological specimens for drug testing, laboratory analysis of specimens, medical review of positive test results, and EAP services. More than 500 clients were serviced through clinics located in Houston , Dallas , Pasadena , Texas City, Lake Jackson , Nederland , and Borger , TX .

1986-1989 Owner and President, Forward Edge, Inc ., Houston , TX : Founded and built the company from a one-person operation to locations in 7 Texas cities with over 25 employees. The company was a service-oriented business that promoted and implemented drug-free workplace programs for employers.

1985-1986 Director, Real Estate Appraisal Department, Stockton , Luedemann & French , Houston , TX : Directed the staff of the appraisal department of a mortgage brokerage firm. The department was responsible for market analysis of commercial properties and preparation of appraisal reports for submission to investors.

1984-1985 Director, Real Estate Project Management, MHB Companies , Houston , TX : Managed multi-family real estate projects from acquisition through closing, including preparation of plans, development of land, construction of buildings, procurement of financing, and sales to investors. Ensured coordination inside and outside of the organization and adherence to time and cost constraints.

1983-1984 Manager of Administration, Dostie Builders , Jacksonville, FL: Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training administrative and sales employees; served as company's representative to the Veterans Administration, Federal Housing Administration, and lending institutions; and supervised closings of home sales transactions. Established in-house advertising, travel and investment services that reduced costs and generated additional revenues.

1981-1983 Paralegal, Law Firm of Marks, Gray, Conroy & Gibbs , Jacksonville , FL : Provide paralegal support for real estate and water vessel closings, bankruptcies and other domestic issues, as well as legal defense for insurers of medical practitioners. Directed the establishment of a closing department which increased the firms' ability to handle loan transactions of various types and increased revenues for firm. Participated in the design and implementation of a computer program to handle legal management for the firm.

1979-1981 Sales Manager, Dostie Builders , Jacksonville , FL : Hired, trained, and managed the sales team for 13 residential subdivisions of new houses. Established a referral system within the U.S. military market that increased company sales by approximately 40%. Strengthened the company's relationship with local brokers which increased sales by approximately 40%. Developed promotional mailing lists of local brokers and implemented promotional mailing program.

1978-1979 Customer Service Manager, Bos and Associates , Jacksonville , FL : Tracked reoccurring construction defects and recommended changes or alterations in methods of building at a large site of single-family patio homes.

1974-1978 Co-owner and Chief Financial Officer, Jobo Construction , Inc., Jacksonville , FL : Designed, built, and sold custom single family homes.
